Microsoft Built a $2,599 Windows Laptop That Isn't x86
The Surface Laptop Ultra is the first consumer laptop on NVIDIA's RTX Spark superchip — a Grace CPU and Blackwell RTX GPU sharing up to 128 GB of unified memory, running 120B-parameter models locally. It starts at $2,599 and ships October 16. The chip topology, not the spec sheet, is the real story.
